what made me stop this awfull habit, are acrilic, or gel nails. Trust me if you spend $40 or $50 to get your nails done, You'll be very cerfull with them. and once your own nails grow out, you have to get manicure done once a week.
It's costy and time consuming, but beautifull hands are soooo worth it. |
