Agreed, if it's in the mattress, unless you enzyme it, the odor will remain forever.
I'd enzyme the heck out of the spots where she has gone, let them dry, wet them well again and soak it up with thick towels. Let it dry again and then put a waterproof mattress cover over it under the sheets. I had to do a spot that way where Indy went when he was sick. Then so be safe, I flipped the mattress over.
Can you put a diaper on her while she is loose in the bedroom until she is being a good girl again? Tink always wears a diaper to bed even tho she's been dry for a week. When she is completely trained, and always goes on the tinkle pad, then I'll take the diaper off at night.
