ah... no... sadly the kennel cough vaccine is only 50% effective because kennel cough is like the cold.. there are SO many varieties.. you can't protect against them all.. and based on that i will not be getting layla the vaccine.. because she reacts so poorly to them and in the end could get it anyways! however when you go the vet tomorrow if it is kennel cough he will just give you anitbiotics to make sure it doesn't spread and become pneumonia (sp?) since kennel cough is a virus.. not much can be done and you could just let it run its course.. but in a pup that young i would NOT do that! has your pup been in contact with any other dogs lately that yuo don't know?? The groomers or a dog park??? they are very common areas to pick it up!! but hang in there... been there. and made it through
