What is the lump like???? I just took Bella to the vet today because of a lump on her belly and they told me she has an umbilical hernia.....surgery is Thursday. I think the little red bumps/spots on Gracie may just be some dry irritated skin...what are you using for shampoo and conditioner.....try the green tea and oatmeal if you havent already. That might help. Good luck hun and keep us posted.
