In theory, yes, one would hope you'd get the best of both worlds. But that's in theory, not reality. It doesn't actually work like that. It's a toss up as to what genes you're going to get. You could actually end up with the worst of both breeds. However, from what I hear the yorkie-poos don't shed. Why do you want one anyway? Why not just a regular old yorkie?
