here is a link to a legel document about someone buying a Papillon from Petco (pup bred by Lake Country Pets) who had problems.
I know there are still plenty of folks out there who don't have a website, but I feel kinda iffy about that.
Still, no links to anyone griping about them in a forum somewhere. Worse yet, LOTS of people griping!
