the 2 toddler 2 & 5 were left with their uncle who is 17 while the grandma was at work. the video was found when they searched the home of that 17 year old who was suspected of burglary . he should be put in jail and fined heavily and never left with small children again...but the friend and the guardian should be held responsible also ! poor toddlers maybe they won't remember it.
