The clarifying shampoo you would use just the first time to get rid of any residue from other products, then maybe use every month or two. I don't think you need to use the odor handler unless you're having an odor problem. I'm saving mine for when our Golden plays with the skunks again! I don't think you have to use the maintenance shampoo if you have used the clarifying - just skip to the conditioner. The skin works, I believe, is if you are having skin problems like hot spots or whatever - or maybe cracks on the paw pads.
