Yes, I'm still here! I haven't posted in a while but I'm still low-carbing too. I got side tracked a little bit with all of the remodeling at our son's house and helping my Mom hunt for a house but I'm back on track. Being on the road a lot kind of gets in the way sometimes
I haven't gained any weight back so I'm heading for my next goal...another 10 pounds.
