[Junebug]

I was digging through Otis's fur, and I noticed that the skin on his tail is peeling brown crunchy flakey skin all over. I also noticed he has some of that flakey brown stuff on his lower back/rump area, but none near his neck. I tried to brush it out, but it got worse and worse. What is it??? Is it old flea bites? I'm thinking that since he has none near his neck, and that's where I put the Advantage, maybe the fleas went and bit his rump instead.

I should mention he is not scratching or chewing on himself. He seems perfectly normal.
