How oold is your pup? Mine got car sick until he was about six months old, but has been fine ever since. Don't know what brought about the change, maybe just getting older. I don't know of anything you can do to alleviate it, but just keep baby wipes on hand! Also, invest in a good car seat if you have not already, this will atleast keep the pooch stable in one spot.
