I went to target today and got 2 window blinds for my windows. I was so proud of myself BC I got both of them for only $15 on sale.

I don't see where it's broken...It looks like the inserts are in between the panes of glass...they look like newer windows.Are they a therma pane window?..I'm not a carpenter but, I don't think it's going to be cheap to replace it.
...especially if it IS a newer window...I THINK they have to be sealed..
