I would just like to throw in my 10 cents about best buy here. I bought a large appliance from them about a month and a half ago. It worked 1/2 day, then stopped working. Best buy could not get anybody out to my house to fix it; it was an LG (even though sales person told me over and over before the sale he knew so many people that would be able to fix this model).
Long story short, ended up returning the fridge (that took an act of God), best buy has been caught in several lies, has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen, seems too not care about the customer after the sale and it is a week today they took it back, STILL have not refunded my credit card.
Im sorry to take over this thread, but I see the words best buy and I tend to lose it a little.
I just feel I need to warn others.
