So, if you live in an area of ticks, your only option is to use 2 products - one for fleas and ticks, and the other for the various worms. When I bought my dog, Buffy, she tested positive for Lyme's - her breeder was using one of those all-in-one products.

So, if you live in a part of the country with Lyme's disease, make sure to cover for ticks. If you have no ticks/Lymes, than Sentinel or Revolution should be fine.
