Hi. I have a 14 month Yorkie. He's a real sweetie and rarely has any accidents now. He's trained to go outside or do it inside. My only issue with him is when I take him out to pee, he doesn't really pee 1 time and be done with it. He marks like 20 times. It seems to take a long time before his bladder is empty. He is not yet neutered. Will neutering help with this issue? I don't have time to walk him like 5 times a day for half an hour each time because he likes to mark!
