She is only 3/4 Yorkie which is why I think she is so dark. I really don't see much Chihuahua in her though, although I can tell she looks "different" than all of your yorkies. My husband and I were going to wait for a purebred, but I decided I wanted her..she is my mother's bosses 1/2 yorkie, 1/2 chihuahua female and my mother's AKC male yorkie. Since they know us well, they only charged us 106$!!!! That is half of all of the vet bills they incurred to get her dewclaws, tail docked, shots. Isnt that awesome? Now, I think I have spent well over 1200 for her if you know what I mean...she has EVERYTHING! My husband says he can't wait until we have HUMAN babies because he can't imagine how spoiled they will be !!! And yes we are in Pinconning, Michigan..so I don't see too many yorkies around...geez these people don't know what they are missing. However, the people I work with are all in love with her because she is all I talk about anymore
