THANK GOD!! I felt so bad for this family. I hope they throw the book at this kid! I think animal cruelty is right up there with child abuse and there is no punishment great enough in my opinion for either crime!
It was VERY lucky that they had the video- I think that played a large role in catching them. If I were a breeder, I would strongly consider getting one.
