Ok, I know you will think I am silly but I am so incredibly happy. I have realized over the last few days that Maggie really does love me. now..this is a big deal because both of our other dogs think my hubby is GOD. even my cocker, who I had for 4.5 years before he came along and she was my little side kick. she now prefers HIM. literally, if he gets up, she is right there at his feet. He asks me all the time if I think she wants him to shove her up his butt. LOL she is literally right up his fanny all the time. it is kinda sad because she has always just adored me. if we had company, she would be sitting on their lap just staring at me. and if i moved, or looked at her just right, she would jump down and dart right over to me. she adored me. but hubby came along and she just kicked me to the curb. So, when I got maggie, I was just scared to death that she would be the same. I mean, the other 2 doggies are like that...why wouldn't she be??? But I have realized lately that maggie does prefer me. she watches me all the time. If I move, she moves. She gets so excited when I come near her. If I am out of the room and walk in, she comes running jumping wanting me to hold her. she cuddles with ME on the couch
yes...this is a big deal to me. I love her so much and am so glad she seems to adore me as much as I adore her.
