I wonder if puppy nappers get treated as badly as prisoners who hurt children? Let's hope...
Hate that they are missing one but hopefully they'll find it. Sounds like the kid did the right thing and led them to where they all were.
They still need their @$$e$ kicked but it sounds like Daddy's got a handle on it.
