Sounds like to me she tried to find a loving home & I thought the ad was tasteful. It is aweful that you would have to rehome a pet after that long. She tried to rehome & after being attacked for that she decided to PTS, rather then be bothered w/the ridicule. She probably wishes she would have done that from the get go. To bad the rescue site wasnt immediately given her email to help so things didnt get out of hand & a dog that just needed a home wouldnt have had to die & could have went to another home where she could have loved & been loved. So sad. I forward things like this to rescues all the time & ask that they be nice & try to help the person not shame them.
