Honestly (and please don't jump on me this is just my experience) I don't think any toy is 100% safe. I think even the safest toy left with your baby unsupervised could pose as dangerous as well. For instance those expensive and supposedly indestructible chew toys; are not. My girl is a heavy chewer and broke of a small piece (that had I not been around) would have posed as a choking hazard.
