My 1st Yorkie is a little over a year now and he has finally mastered the art of going outside and holding it till he goes outside and now he is even barking at the door to go! We have come a LONg way! ha but i got him a sister last week and she is 4 mos old. She apparently has had some training b.c she voluntarily pees on newspapers ... so i brought out the pee pads again and she will use them MOST of the time.. the other times , she will pee on the couch, in the bedm or on people and i cant figure out why or how to encourage her to always use the pad.. she poos in the bathroom on the floor. Dont know why or how to encourage her to go on the pee pad? She has no qualms going in her crate for some reason ..
Anyway , kind of a long post.. sorry but anyone have pointers for where to start with a 4 month old pup and how to get her to go in same spot for #1 and #2?
