Response to your questions Yes -I agree with you all about the pup and the freezer part. That is why I posted this. I think it has to do with attachment to the dog. It has NOTHING to do with getting his money back. He would probably be happier with another pup-he is just upset that this breeder gave him a sick dog. Yes the vet did do an autopsy and like I previously stated his vet is 100% behind him and wants him to sue. The question i guess is can he sue or what should he do? I think he has the paperwork to show the pup was sick. Started with kennal cough? He had taken the dog to the vet in the very beginning and continously was properly caring for the dog. I really dont have all the information but I do know that he was a good doggie parent. This breeder apparently does not stand behind their pups and when he has called and even visited the breeders place of business they do not answer the door. So that tells me they are a bad actor and are trying to get away with something. Is there anything he can do with the paperwork to prove the dog was a sick dog? |
