It seems to me that there is no interest in resolving this issue in a manner that is right or beneficial for you. I would recommend that you begin a journal and write down each and every contact that has been made regarding this dilemma. The very best that you can do for yourself is have an accurate accounting for everything that has ocurred and has been said. Make sure you note the name of the person you spoke with, times, dates....anything pertinent. You may need it and documentation is a very effective tool. It also helps you to keep everything straight in your own mind so that when you need to discuss it with someone, you have the notes that you can refer to for accuracy.


All the best to you in seeking resolution. I find that most banking institutions seek only to cover their own behinds and have no regard for the impact it has on you.

I got up today and checked my account and guess what no money it doesn't even shoe the deposit was put in there! so i tried calling the branch but they are closed today so i called the 800 # and talked to the customer service person who told me they have no record of the deposit I then explained what they told me and she said that there was no way they could've put that money in my account and had it available today so they pretty much just lied to me to get me off the phone knowing they were closed today i am so pissed i don't even know what to do i am ready to scream!!!!!!!!! It's one thing to loose my check but to lie to me about putting my money back in my account this is a big no no and i don't think i can keep my cool this time i might need someone to bail me out of jail come Monday morning after i go postal on this wench!
