I agree....
your friend took on the responsibility of a dog and she needs to take that poor dog to the vet....Mange is not fun for the dog and CAN be treated - it will only get worse if she does't see a Vet. Good luck !! Maybe you can show her this thread so she understands this won't go away on it's own.
