Most that stuff doesn't work. While your babies are young and teething they will have staining almost no matter what you do. Just wash their faces everyday and try to keep them dry (you can use a little cornstarch to help with that). If they still have staining when they are older you can try angel eyes, I have seen awesome results on the maltese boards from users.

Peroxide does help to lighten the staining just a bit, but remember that it is actually damaging the hair and unfortunately making it more susceptible to even more staining because of this.
