Unfortunately, I think the puppies are a lost cause. At 8 weeks, they probably haven't microchipped or tattoo'd them yet and there wouldn't be any way to identify them as the stolen puppies from any other yorkie puppy. The robbers may not get the full $2500 for each dog, but I'm sure they'll make a few thousand from their 6 minute heist. There's always people out there who are willing to buy small breed dogs without papers and not question where they came from if they're getting "a deal" for dogs that would otherwise cost them $2500 each.
I do hope the adult female yorkie is microchipped or tattoo'd so that she can be tracked and eventually found and returned. |
