I think that with these online boards, you have to make yourself known. Whether it's posting a picture of your furbaby or asking for advice, you have to post in order to get recognized. Even if it means your post might be controversial!
There are times when I want to post, and then I think "are these people going to think that I'm an idiot?" In the end, I probably delete 3/4 of the things that I type...
