Asprin is used as a anti-inflammatory too but it can cause bleeding problems if used too much. I know that some people give their dogs asprin on a regular basis for pain with out any problems. Like someone else said maybe you could use the enteric coated asprin so it doesn't upset his stomach, but if you have to cut the tablet in half then the enteric coating will not help. I know they make enteric coating baby asprin (81mg) but I don't what dose a small yorkie would take??? |
