I used to have carpet through out my house. Now, I have wood floors (thanks to Katrina). If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely put carpet back in the rooms that my little one plays in the most. Sometimes he gets so excited running, that his little legs can slip out from under him. I am always trying to get him to slow down because I'm scared he'll break something.
