We have Vonage and I've been trying to get my husband to switch to something else. I don't like when we have power outages, the modem has to be reset - otherwise the phone is dead (or rolls over to my cell phone if programmed). We also had problems with "dropped calls" or when someone would call us and we picked up - they couldn't hear us. Later we found out there was a software upgrade (no one told us this), but we went for months with that problem....we thought it was our phone! I'm not impressed - it's inexpensive, yes, but sometimes the frustration isn't worth it.
