When Buddy got very sick 2yrs ago Nylabone was a possible suspect!
Do you have any idea how many unsafe toys and chews are sold in
our pet stores on a daily basis
We have listed toxic foods in the
past how about chews and toys? We could help each other if you
have had a bad experience with either of these.
I'll start:
Nylabone (not the ingested kind):
The label states on the back in small print/Small particals, the size
of a grain of rice, may come off but "SHOULD PASS THROUGH".
What is dosen't tell you is that these small plastic particals are very
sharp and can get prick the stomach lining and causing it to bleed and build up in the intestines doing the same thing.
It would be like us swollowing a pin! Unfortunately Buddy had
them in all colors and styles. I never read the back of the label.
I assumed they were safe because they were being sold!
