Always spray them before you brush them so that their hair doesn't break. I use Coat Handler detangling spray, and it works really well. Some other members on here use Chris Christensen Ice on Ice and it works really well for them. The best brush to use that I've read about is a pin brush withOUT the little balls on the end. The one I use is the Chris Christensen gold series pin brush, and it works wonderfully. Good luck
