I couldn't drive so there where these "self-piercing ear-rings" at the local drug store....I put them on my ears... they where circles & one end was sharp & I have to squeeze them every day til they eventually work their way through Would that be considered torture now a days I finally got my holes...& dad didn't really care after the fact.... OMG I did the very same thing! My parents had a fit. Of course my father was a minister and thought make-up, jewlery, and short skirts would damn me to hell. I had to fight to be allowed to keep the earings in long enough to peirce through the ear lobe. The ice cube and needle thing just scares me!
I have been tempted to get my eyebrow peirced but I think I'm too foar over the hill for that. Sigh
