I completely agree with Gina. I don't think crating a dog all day is good for any dog. They can take on all sorts of bad behaviors and odd quirks. I'd hook an ex-pen up to the front of the crate so he would have a play room, or put baby gates up and let him have a room that has no carpet. Put two pads down side by side. Put water, toys and such. Have someone come walk him during the day. What ever it takes to keep him from living in a crate. That is just too much. |
