Omg

Hi, I have just joined the forum and have the same problem you do. My little girl (actually my daughters but guess who takes care of her!) did have her anal glands full and I have had them expressed twice. Chloe is just 4 months. We have had her about a month. Even after having the glands cleaned she still smells awful. I gave her a bath today and after about 3 hours she was smelling again. I am wondering if she sort of sweats cuz she likes to lay in front of the fireplace on her blanket. I am using an oatmeal shampoo on the recommendation of the vet (suppose to prevent dry skin). I am wondering if I should change to a deodorant type. If your pup's glands are full she will scoot her bottom on the floor. I know Chloe's smell isn't this since I just had hers cleaned 2 weeks ago. I to would like to find out how to solve this problem....my son when he comes to visit says he can smell that "doggy smell" when he walks in the door.... If you find a solution let me know....thanks
