YES-EXACTLY! That's Emma's only escape right now too! Maybe we should get Stedman and Emma together to discuss their older sibling issues
And then the little terror girls could each have a taste of their own medicine! It's funny how we conveniently "forget" the bad things about the young stages... I remember going through it with Emma, but she didn't have anyone to team up with or beat up on, so I think it's been harder the second time. I do find, however, that I am much more relaxed with the second puppy than I was with Emma.
