Hi,
I am a first time dog owner. I was the type that didn't like dogs AT ALL until I started observing the various yorkies around my neighborhood and their personalities. All it took was that for me to change my mind and fall in love with yorkies!!...anyway.

I got my little guy 4 weeks ago and I have been trying to potty train him to go to his wee wee pad however, he sometimes goes to it and sometimes he doesn't!
I let him walk around my apartment (with me only) and at times he has done it on my floor and carpet. I always bring a wee wee pad to whatever room im in so he uses it but as I said before he might use it but he might just do it on the floor. Everytime he does his business outside the wee wee pad I yelled at him "BAD PUPPY" and put him in the wee wee pad but that hasnt help. He is going to be 12 weeks on Sunday. What should I do???? HELP!
