  I use the Sentinel for my 2 girls.  It IS way expensive but I use it because I bathe them weekly and felt like the topical flea medication would just wash off.  Since this is an oral medication, bathing frequently doesn't affect it.  I don't know if this is right, but it makes sense to me.
