I'd be really careful taking your baby outside until after all the shots are finished. Especially since there was parvo there. I live in an apartment community and when I first got my baby, I started trying to train him to go to the bathroom outside. He picked up tapeworms. The vet told me that it would be better since I don't live in a controlled environment, to wait until Sparky finishes his shots. He's 15 weeks and taking the shot thing a little slow because of bad reactions, so I'm happy having a little paper wetter running around. By the way, he's almost 100% paper trained. He's such a sweetie.
