I was about to say that I watched that program (Dateline, I believe) about the LA Weight Loss Centers....big red flag with them.

Almost any "diet/fitness" place is going to charge you at the rear to join and for their weight loss. Most though, get you when you have to buy their food, supplements, etc. I was told to stay away from plans where you have to purchase "their" foods, supplements, etc.
