She's adorable!
I honestly don't think a dime size of Nutrical once a day should make her gain weight. Most people give their dogs Nutrical once a day and they don't gain any weight ... and a dime size is not too much at all. What are you feeding her? What about treats? Also, are you able to walk her (is she old enough to go outside yet)?
