I read an article somewhere that in the southern states like NC, SC the put all the dogs that are sceduled to die in the enclosed room and fille the air with toxins and the site went so far as to describe what the dogs do before they die. Very sad 
And what pisses me off is that these dogs were sooooo cute as puppies when there owners got them, then as they get older...no one wants them.  |
