I wanted to follow up on the post I left here a few days or so back. First let me say that I really enjoy YT and have always tried to be very helpful and I am very honest in my opinions and I take offense to whoever it was that went back to Susan (TopNotchYorkies) and told her that I was bad mouthing her on YT. I want to set the record straight.

I am in no way bad mouthing Susan or her establishment. As I said in my previous post my Tia (Morkie) who is in my avatar came "Originally" from TopNotch. Tia is very healthy, her temperament is wonderful and she's very bright and thus far (She's almost a year old) has had no health issues knock on wood and she's very regal. I did not personally buy Tia from TopNotch. She came to me through an ad in the local paper. The woman selling her got her from Susan and decided to place her. Susan was very good in that she was nice enough (Even knowing how I felt about brokers, pet stores etc.) to provide me with information on Tia that the seller had not provided. I have no problem with Susan. She's a nice woman who takes good care of the pups in her care and she runs a very clean establishment and seems to enjoy what she does. Her pups are beautiful and they are very healthy and they seem happy and well adjusted.

As I said in my earlier post and I'll reiterate it again so that there is no misunderstanding. I personally choose not to buy not just from Susan but ANYONE else for that matter (Good reputation, legitimate or otherwise) unless I personally can see how the parents are being treated. I want to know first hand where my pup originally came from and meet the parents. This is something I feel very strongly about. Susan has stated on many occasions to me that she's been to Brazil and that the parents are well cared for, this could very well be the case. I'm in no way calling her a liar. For some seeing the parents is not important and for some someone's word is good enough. For me personally I NEED to see for myself and that has nothing to do with Susan or what I think of her personally. It's just a choice that I made to ensure that I never buy indirectly from a place I won't support. Susan and I have had conversations about this before, so she's aware of how I feel.

I really resent the fact that someone felt it necessary to try and cause trouble by misconstruing the jest of what I wrote and it would have been nice for this person to have posted here and confronted me, instead of feeling it their duty to try and stir someone up unnecessarily. I'm not upset that Susan was told that I posted my opinion, but I am pissed that it was told to her differently then it was meant.
