So I want to know when you have yours blood tested? |
those burcellouis tests are only good for a few days. When we stud out our Champion beagles, the person bringing the bitch is required to bring a copy of the negative report to us to show the test was taken only a few days before. our vet is really good (and cheap) about getting us in so unless the person brings the dog in over the weekend when our vet is closed, we are able to take the dog and owner to our vet. NO females are bred to ANY of our studs without the test UNLESS we have whelped and kept the bitch and know she hasn't been with any other dog. Did you know dogs can catch this just from sniffing butts?
