Well I decided to use the neutrogena on Lex because nothing else worked including other meds that the vet gave him because he also had a spot of dryness on the end of his ear. So after exhausting all that and spending a ton on other things I decided why not. It took two washings and he is completely cured. The coal tar that is in the neutrogena that helps is also put into dog shampoos. If you check your local store you will find a few dog shampoos with the stuff in it that is made for doggie dandruff. I never use human products on my dogs but this once it was worth it. I spent soooo much money with stuff from the vet and none of it worked.
