13 weeks is still plenty young enough to help them stand. I went out and bought the breathe-rite strips and eyelash glue to help. You just have to add the eyelash glue to the back of the breathe-rite and afix them inside the ear where they are folding over. But first you need to shave the ears. Sadie had a lot of hair, so I shaved front and back of the ear. I decided that was enough on her for one day and planned to put the strips in the next day. Instead, they were standing perky and pretty on their own the next morning. They are still standing.

I think they are all cute -- but I picked a Yorkie for the Yorkie look. So, I wanted their ears to stand as they should.
