you should let them know where they are on the list and that they might not get one. Chances are that some people will cghange their mind when it's time. Also, I don't take any deposits until 6 weeks because even tho it is non refundable, if the puppy gets sick or dies in your care, you have to give the deposit back. it's the right thing to do.
