Ooh your Mollie is beautifull! I just love her coloring. As for the pad training, you may want to lay down 4 or 5 of them in the area she is going. Then slowly over time maybe once a week or so, remove a pad until you are down to one. Hope this helps and congratulations on your little cutie-pa-tootie!!
