 Too much of a good thing?
I am totally confused!
Buddy does not have dry skin but I put him on missing link, without
discussing it with my vet, because so many of YT'ers swear by it.
We are growing his coat out so I thought it would help give it a
healthy looking coat and be good for his skin as well.
However, so many of you are also using salmon oil, fish capsules etc.
There is also omega 3 and 6 in foods.
Isn't this too much fish oil for a small dog?
I asked my vet last year about salmon oil and he told me not to
use it because even though it is good oil it is still oil and can add
to the fat content of his body. Since Yorkies are suseptable to
pancreatitis why take the chance.
Can someone shed some light on this oil thing?
